AceCad Software sponsors the Australian Steel Convention 2007

AceCad Software was thrilled to attend and sponsor the Australian Steel Convention 2007 in Sydney, from the 28 – 30 October. Timed to coincide with the International Steel Contractors meetings being held in Australia for the first time, this three day event at the Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney's historic Rocks area on the harbour, proved to be a key highlight of the year for both the Australian Steel Institute and AceCad Software (Pty) Ltd. The AceCad Australia team were attending the event for the first time and felt that it was a fantastic opportunity to generate interest in the full range of AceCad's products at Australia’s premier convention for the structural steel industry. The theme of the 2007 convention was the Sustainable Future and featured sessions on Leadership, the Economy, Climate Change and other emerging industry issues.

The conference saw AceCad
exhibit and participate in the conference proceedings, showcasing both StruCad, the World's leading 3D structural steel detailing system and the ultimate information and production management system for steelwork fabricators - StruM.I.S .NET.

As a result of significantly increased business in the Australian market, AceCad Software is continuously expanding its Australian office to both maintain excellent levels of customer service and build on AceCad’s impressive portfolio of clients across the region.

Chris Roos, Regional Manager for AceCad Software (Pty) Ltd. reports, 'we met many of our existing loyal clients and developed  relationships with numerous interested parties'. 'This event was extremely successful for us and we are very proud to be associated and support both the Australian Steel Institute and our structural steel industry in this way'.
